It is known that even when a professional is cooking, the quality of dishes depends a lot on the chef’s emotional state while preparing a meal. The secret of tasty food is not only in the right order of actions conducted in the process of cooking (though it also matters).
Cooking changes not only the appearance of food, but also its aroma, taste and nutrition values. Its energy also changes. Every cook transmits his or her vibrations onto the dishes while cooking oatmeal, mixing a salad, or simply cutting bread and laying the table. These vibrations can be positive and negative, kind and evil. It all depends on a person’s emotional state, on which mood he is cooking with. Of course, the energy of food does not depend only on the cook, as it changes during its way from the earth (or a slaughterhouse) to our tables. Harvesting, transportation, treatment, storage, selling – during all these stages people influence food’s energy. Naturally, the magnitude of the impact depends on the length of contact and on the intensity of vibrations. Individual peculiarities such as intensity of emotions and thoughts in the moment also matter.
Usually, people producing, transporting and distributing products are more or less indifferent in relation to their work and the consumers, so we do not need to take their energy into account.
What is much more important is the sacred process of cooking, of turning products into a meal. Here the influence of the cook’s energy is very significant. It is not without a reason that many religions have special rituals connected to preparing food.
One way or another, if you cook with joy and love, a dish is almost always going to be delicious. A loving attitude increases bio-potential of food many times, it also improves its nutrition value and healing qualities. However, you can cook with a different attitude too, as what matters is your good mood. It is not in vain that in ancient times almost all work was accompanied with singing. People sang while cutting grass, sorting it out, making dough etc. Songs helped them to endure hard, monotonous labor. In a different mood, people would hate their work and then their bread and other products would only bring unhappiness and diseases. Negative emotions should be forbidden in the kitchen (and everywhere else).
Food saturated with negative vibrations is not tasty and sometimes it can even look disgusting. Moreover, it can cause real diseases, sometimes quite serious ones. Most often weak people after eating such food have stomachache and diarrhea, but sometimes it can be worse. Food that was subject to a stronger impact can cause more tangible sensations.
Evil, angry, weak and cowardly thoughts and emotions are destructive one their own, they bring a person down and turn his life into a nightmare, but when such energy is also directed onto others, be it verbally, through food or some other way, it also harms surrounding people.
At the same time, laws of karma inevitably come into force and a person, now or later, faces the consequences of everything he transmitted to others. Evil leads to reciprocal evil. The time of a karmic reaction depends on spiritual level and saturation of present karma. People whose karma has been already worked to some extent usually face the consequences very soon. Love brings reciprocal love.
