1. Stand upright, feet one foot-width apart, arms lowered along the body with palms to the hips.
2. After exhalation, at the same time, jump legs apart, raise arms up and inhale through the nose. The backs of the hands are drawn together above the head, but do not touch one another.
3. Exhaling, jump back to the starting position, hands approaching the palms of the hips, but do not touch them. Movements should be synchronised.
4. Perform exercise from 5 to 15 times.
Restores blood circulation in the legs, trains the lungs and heart, stimulates the nervous system.
