Jumps with turns

Description

Technique

1. Stand straight, feet together, arms down.
2. Jump higher and try to rotate 360 degrees around its axis in the air, that is, make a complete revolution. If it doesn’t work, turn as far as possible, at least 180 degrees.
3. Perform 2 to 10 jumps with a turn in each direction.

Effect

Develops the vestibular apparatus, increases dexterity, increases leg strength.
