Description

Technique

1. Lie on your belly, legs rest on socks. Place palms on the floor on both sides of the chest.
2. Straighten your arms by lifting your straight body up. Having fixed the upper position, lower so that the chest almost touches the floor. Do not bend your back, keep it straight and in line with your legs all the time. Keep your head straight.
3. Push up as many times as you can. Men are desirable at least 50 times, women at least 10.

Effect

It develops the muscles of the hands, tones up the internal organs and abdominal muscles. Men can go to handstand, only performing 50 or more push-ups.
