1. Lie on your back.
2. Without the help of hands, get to your feet. For convenience, you can clasp the brush behind the head.
3. Lie down on your back without helping yourself with your hands.
4. Repeat 5 to 15 times.
Develops dexterity/agility, strengthens the legs, abdominal muscles and back.
