For this breakfast smoothie all you need is:
1. Cup of frozen pineapple
2. 1 cup of fresh strawberry
3. Splash of coconut milk to keep blender going
4. Those who keep going exercise might like to add a bit of protein powder
5. Mix it all up with smooth
6. Put into coconut or any other bowl and add on top cut in pieces mango , coconut flakes, a bit of chocolate powder
