Description

This recipe shows a simple way to make a butternut squash main course or a warm salad.  

1. Wash the pumpkin, peel, cut into slices. For the salad, we took the pumpkin butternut.
2. Put the pumpkin in a heatproof container and drizzle with olive oil. Add spices - we took black pepper and a little turmeric. Mix everything and put in the oven preheated at 200 degrees C for 25-30 minutes.
3. At this time, you can prepare the cheese. You can take any cheese, for the salad we took Feta. Wash and cut greens to add to the top.
4. Once the pumpkin is ready, put it on plates and add Feta and some greens on top.
