Description
Light spring salad with fresh vegetables.
1. Wash white and red cabbage, peel the upper leaves, and finely chop. We took raw vegetables without cooking them prior to adding to the salad.
2. Add fresh cucumber, avocado, and any greenery to your salad.
Add vegetable oil and a sprinkle of lemon juice as a seasoning. Add spices to your taste (we took a mixture of five peppers).
