Herbal cleansing herbal teas are widespread nowadays. Since these teas have laxative properties, they help cleanse the body, return the weight back to normal and normalize all body functions. For these purposes, for several months, one should drink the following tea collections weekly and do muscle stretching exercises (preferably yoga). The results sometimes exceed all expectations.
Herbal tea (collection number 1):
1. Buckthorn bark - 3 parts
2. Yarrow (herb) - 1 parts
3. Nettle (leaf) - 2 parts
Boil 1 teaspoon of the mixture in 1 glass of water for 10 minutes (hereinafter - preferably in a water bath or over very low heat). When the mixture will cool down, strain, and drink overnight.
