1. Turn sideways in the direction of travel. In a light jump, send the leading leg forward, put the second one nearby, and continue such movement without stopping.
2. Having run this way from 50 to 300 meters, turn around 180 degrees and run with the added step the same distance with the other side forward.
Exercise develops additionally some muscle groups, improves coordination.
