1. Sit down or stand up and keep your back and head straight.
2. Look up and very slowly shift your gaze clockwise, describing with your eyes the circle of maximum radius. Eye movements should be smooth, without jerking. The head remains motionless all the time.
3. First you need to learn how to make one full circular rotation of the eyes in each direction, avoiding loss of concentration. Over time, perform 2-3 turns clockwise and the same counterclockwise.
4. Relax your eyes. If they are not tired, proceed immediately to the next exercise.
