1. Fill a wide pot or basin with cold water.
2. Dip your face into the water without closing your eyes. After just a few attempts, this will not cause any discomfort.
3. Keep your face submerged while holding your breath. Eyes wide open all the time. If it is not possible to immerse your face in water, you can use another method.
1. Fill handfuls with cold water and splash water into wide-open eyes.
2. Repeat several times.
Eye washing perfectly tones the eyes, improves their blood supply, and relieves fatigue. It can be used not only as the last exercise in daily set, but also independently for any fatigue of vision. In this case, you can continue to work immediately after washing.
