Herbal cleansing herbal teas are widespread nowadays. Since these teas have laxative properties, they help cleanse the body, return the weight back to normal and normalize all body functions. For these purposes, for several months, one should drink the following tea collections weekly and do muscle stretching exercises (preferably yoga). The results sometimes exceed all expectations.
Herbal tea (collection No. 5):
1. Elderberry (flowers) - 1 part
2. Fennel (fruit) - 2 parts
3. Licorice root - 2 parts
4. Violet tricolor (grass) - 3 parts
5. Chamomile (herb) - 2 parts
6. Birch (leaf) - 1 part
7. Buckthorn bark - 3 parts
1-2 teaspoons of the mixture in a glass of water, boil for 10 minutes, cool, strain, drink overnight.
