Description
Technique
1. Stand up or sit down in a comfortable position. Keep your back straight
2. Direct a defocused look at the horizon. You can also stop your gaze at any distant object that is not irritating to the eye — a cloud, a tree, etc. It is required not to focus on any object, but, on the contrary, to look throughout without straining your eyesight.
3. Perform for a few minutes, then relax your eyes. You can do it at any time, with tiring work for the eyes, preferably at least once every 2 hours.
Effect
The exercise is created for eyes relaxation. It is very useful to perform it together with eye relaxation, if it is impossible, you should just relax your eyes. This will protect them from fatigue and will serve as a preventive measure against visual impairment.
