1. Put butter in a non-stick coating pan, chop the cabbage, grind the carrots.
2. Vegetables stew in the pan without adding water until cooked. Use the maximum heat until all mass will become heated, then reduce the heat to minimum and cover the lead. Mix vegetables several times while on high heat.
3. Add a little turmeric and ground black pepper or a mixture of peppers as a seasoning.
4. Ready cabbage can be sprinkled with herbs. The proportions of cabbage and carrots are arbitrary.
